Fig. 3. (A) A tumor resembling a malignant melanoma is present temporal to the fovea. (B) Branching vascular network and polypoidal lesions can be seen on fluorescein angiography and indocyanine green angiography. Based on angiographic findings, the tumor was diagnosed as a massive subretinal hemorrhage due to polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy.
