(A-D) Fundus photography (FP) and optical coherence tomography (OCT) at 3 months after initial presentation. FP and OCT showed refractory bilateral optic nerve swelling even after intravitreal bevacizumab injection and sub-Tenon injection of triamcinolone. (E, F) Retinal findings showed optic disc pallor and atrophic macula at 4 years after initial presentation. (G-J) OCT and autofluorescence findings showed macular atrophy and diffuse retinal thinning.
