(E) Optical coherence tomography (OCT) showed prominent macular edema and optic nerve swelling. (F, I) Retinal findings at 1 month after first intravitreal injection of bevacizumab. Optic nerve swelling and macular edema were not improved at 1 month after bevacizumab injection. (G, J) Retinal findings at 1 month after second bevacizumab injection. Optic nerve swelling and macular edema were improved. (H, K) Retinal findings at 8 months after first presentation. Ischemic central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) had developed. OCT showed prominent macular edema due to CRVO.
