Fig. 1. Ophthalmic imaging of case 1. Granular corneal stromal opacity can be seen in anterior segment photographs (A, B). Pseudo-color fundus images (C, D) show a bone spicule pattern of hyperpigmentation, and barrier laser scars are visible in the inferior temporal peripheral retina in both eyes. Spectral-domain optical coherence tomography images (E, F) show diffuse thinning of the entire retina and disruption of the ellipsoid zone without macular edema.
