In the right eye, a discreet round reddish lesion of the fovea indicates a macular hole. (C) Optical coherence tomography (OCT) demonstrates a full-thickness defect of the neurosensory retina, which is covered with the internal limiting membrane (ILM; arrowheads) showing a ‘ILM drape sign’.
